EDIUS 11.50 released

The latest EDIUS 11.50.20742 update introduces several powerful new features and workflow enhancements:

Local AI‑Powered automatic subtitle generation
A new AI‑based speech‑to‑text function is now natively integrated in EDIUS with multiple language support, automatic creation of subtitles, text or markers. All processing is performed locally, ensuring that no data is transmitted to external services. A GPU with Vulkan 1.3 support is required. Most PCs from the last five years meet this requirement.

Improved Effect Palette Management
A new “Sort” option has been added to the Effect palette’s context menu.

Enhanced Auto Save Options
Auto save can now be configured to overwrite the current project file, in addition to the existing backup behavior.

Only for EDIUS Broadcast: Quick Fix Export
As the only software on the market, the EDIUS 11 Broadcast version now offers a new Quick Fix Export feature allowing the rapid revision of exported files. This great tool i.e. enables the replacement of only specific sections of the exported video during a subsequent processing stage. The function makes it possible to very quickly correct large projects that require long rendering times. For example, the text in the end credits can be adjusted without having to export the entire film again. And this is done without re‑encoding, meaning the quality remains unchanged.

In addition, the update fixes a couple of bugs.
